Carrie Pryor is Managing Partner of Greenwich Harbor Partners ("GHP Search") and has over 25 years of senior executive search experience, Carrie has recruited Board Directors, CEOs and their direct reports, as well as partners of private equity firms. She has served on for-profit and nonprofit boards and currently serves on the board of the Detroit Opera.
Carrie has been a Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International and Spencer Stuart in Global Media & Entertainment and Technology practices. Previous to search, Carrie held senior positions with ROLM Corporation, Pacific Telesis and Kidder Peabody-Corporate Finance. Carrie brings a seasoned presence in digital media, entertainment, technology and private equity along with a pioneering spirit having working in the digital & internet space since the early 90’s. Carrie's experience acts as a bridge between technology, media and direct-to-consumer clients. She concentrates in helping find dynamic executives across a range of functions and is expert in solving searches when the ideal candidate profile is not obvious. Ted Pryor
Managing Director
("GHP Search") Ted Pryor is a Managing Director with Greenwich Harbor Partners and focuses on senior level board recruiting assignments and senior executive recruiting in finance and marketing. Ted specializes in recruiting exceptional executives using his 4 years as CFO and CEO of a venture-backed start-up, his 10 years of experience at General Electric Capital and his 20 years of experience in international finance and investment banking. Ted has worked in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He has served on public, private and non-profit boards and chaired the Audit Committee for the Boston Celtics.
In executive recruiting, Ted has focused on customer facing positions that can drive growth including marketing, sales, customer service and customer success.
